Pekka Eloholma, b.1960, M.Sc.(Eng.)
Eloholma has been the CEO since 1 September 2006. Mr. Eloholma's previous position was President and CEO of Setec Oy, which is a part of Gemplus Group. Within the Gemplus Group he was also in charge for identity and security business at EMEA area. Prior to Setec Oy Pekka Eloholma has worked in several management positions, e.g. as a director at Siemens Osakeyhtiö, as the managing director of Siemens Business Services Oy, as the managing director of FinnetCom Oy and as a business development director at HPY. He has been a board member of Global Intelligence Alliance Group Oy since 2007 and was a board member of SYSOPENDIGIA Plc between 2004 and 2006.

Satu Kankare, b.1966, M.Sc.(Econ.)
Kankare has been the CFO since November 2006. Priorly Mrs. Kankare worked as the finance director for Affecto's operations in Finland during 2006. She was the CFO in 1999 - February 2006. Mrs. Kankare has been associated with Affecto and its predecessor entities since 1989, and has served in several managerial positions.

Håvard Ellefsen, b.1971, B.Sc.Honours(Comp.Sci.)
Ellefsen is the country manager for Norway since 2007. Earlier he served as the Consulting manager for Component Software Norway.

Claus Kruse, b.1962, M.Sc.(Econ.)
Kruse is the country manager for Denmark. Earlier he worked in the same position in Component Software since 2005.

Rene Lykkeskov, b. 1964
Lykkeskov has worked in Affecto's Danish organisation since 2007. His responsibility in the management team is Business Development since 2010.

Hannu Nyman, b.1969, M.Sc.(Tech.), M.Sc.(Econ.)
Nyman has been the director responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations since 2004. Prior to joining Affecto in 2004, Mr. Nyman worked as associate director of Conventum Corporate Finance from 2002 to 2004 and as the head of research of Conventum Securities from 1999 to 2002.

Fredrik Prien, b. 1960, B.Sc.(Business Administration and Economics)
Prien is the Country Manager for Sweden since March 2010. Previously Prien worked as Country Manager, Information Management at IBM Sweden Software Group. Prien has a versatile experience in IT industry working 1992 - 2009 in various positions at Cognos AB (today part of IBM Software).

Stig-Göran Sandberg, b.1957, M.Sc.(Comp.Sci.)
Sandberg is the country manager for Finland since 2011 and for the Baltic countries since 2008. Sandberg is also responsible for delivery process development since 2010. Previously he was the director of BI business in Finland. Mr. Sandberg has been associated with Affecto and its predecessor entities since 1977, and has served in several specialist and managerial positions.
